I believe there's no one right way to do it when it comes building a business. What we do is to create space to redefine what sustainability, growth and success look like for any one business and the people behind it. We found that when we centre the wellbeing of all people, we see how sustainable, long-term growth, profit and wealth creation are closely intertwined.

Research by UC Berkeley tells us 35% of productivity is lost to poor mental health. After working with hundreds of startups and companies across industries, it became more and more clear how important it is to welcome and address people's wholeness and wellbeing as we build, work and create. Leveraging a variety of tools and a network that spans across continents, we build tailored solutions for each challenge.
The Pay-What-You-Wish model allows clients to set the price for the services they receive based on the value we create. This approach allows me to offer trust first and build from there. The work is structured in cycles with defined goals and timeline - which can last one hour or several weeks. Once the the work is delivered, the client sets the price. There is no minimum or maximum amount.

Getting to know each other
The first step in any collaboration is getting to know each other as people. A 30-minutes call is a great starting point to determine if we both see an avenue to work together.
About
I'm Alessia Balducci, founder of IDKE. I'm a business developer and entrepreneur with a track record of working with businesses and entrepreneurs across industries and continents.
I worked with hundreds startups at all stages, SMEs, media companies, universities and NGOs that operate across Europe and Africa - at the intersection between startups, investors, governments and corporations.
On this path I started to get curious about the humans behind the business, so I founded IDKE, to have a space to explore how we can build businesses that focus on people, and create value and profit in a sustainable way.
My skills range from business development to strategy, operations, team coaching and team building, project management, startup deal flow and partnership building.
I co-founded Nitalia, a consulting network in Nigeria that specifically serves startups and SMEs and I'm an innovation consultant for BrainStore, an innovation network founded in Switzerland in 1997.
I am also on the Advisory Board of 2022 Africa Tech Festival's Startup of the year, Womenovate.
While I use a variety of tools and approaches with my clients, IDKE is the expression of a need to fundamentally challenge how we work and do business.
