Why

IDKE was born with the goal to centre people and their humanity as we build the businesses and society of the future.

IDKE wants to be a catalyst for entrepreneurs, businesses, teams and people, to do beautiful work while centring their dreams and passions with honesty and integrity.

We imperfectly call it #businesstherapy: a way of doing business that is self-aware, honest, imperfect and intentional.

IDKE uses the Pay-What-You-Wish model: after the results are delivered, the client sets the price.

The approach

IDKE basics

01

People. Planet. Profit.

02

Pay-What-You-Wish Model

We believe there's no one right way to do it when it comes building a business. What we can do is to create space to redefine what sustainability, growth and success look like for any one business and the people behind it. We found that when we centre the wellbeing of all people, we see how sustainable, long-term growth, profit and wealth creation are closely intertwined.

03

#BusinessTherapy

We refer to this type of business coaching as business therapy because that's how clients started referring to it. Working with entrepreneurs and their teams it became more and more clear how important it is to welcome and address people's mental and emotional space as we build, work and create.

The Pay-What-You-Wish model allows clients to set the price for the services they receive. This equitable approach allows us to offer trust first and build from there. The work is structured in cycles with defined goals and timeline - which can last one hour or several weeks. Once the the work is delivered and the collaboration cycle ends, the client sets the price. There is no minimum or maximum amount.

04

Getting to know each other

The first step in any collaboration is getting to know each other as people. A 30-minutes call is a great starting point to determine if we both see an avenue to work together.
